Saveral pages on this site are password-protected.
As new owners (or occupants) you have access to these protected pages via the email address(es) which you provided to the Manager or Board.
When invited to Login – either via the Login tab or elsewhere – enter the email address you provided, and password.
First Time users only: tap “Lost your password?” – then check your email (including your spam folder) for an email from Terrace Place containing instructions for creating (or accepting the suggested default) password.
Google/Gmail users: you do NOT need a separate password. Instead, tap the 
button, and follow the instructions from Google.
